Chronotopia March Update: Ouroboros
Last July, I was infected with the Delta variant and its crushing post-COVID fatigue incapacitated me for months. I knew it was only a matter of time before something would happen to me again so I worked as hard as I could.
Lo and behold: not even 4 months later, I contracted the Omicron variant… Of course, it would not be as funny if I was not negative to every single test I took. Yet again (I’m starting to think I’m immune to those). But this time, I have proof because my partner did test positive and we both had the same symptoms.

And, because I never do things like everyone else, the icing on the cake is that I somehow managed to catch a common cold almost at the same time! As the first symptoms were fading away, new ones started to appear, ensuring I had no time to breathe. To make a long story short: I didn’t really get to be productive this month…
The good news is that I’m already on my feet! As soon as the cold gave me back my body, I had completely recovered and felt surprisingly energetic. I don’t want to jinx it but my prospects sure look more promising than they were last year. I’m currently avoiding exercise to be extra cautious.

During this period, I was still able to put the finishing touches on the Bear Ending, as promised. I also took care of some miscellaneous tasks like doing the company’s accounting earlier than usual but I doubt you’ll find that very thrilling. (You know you have become a real adult when you’re excited about being done with your bloody accounting…)
Something you’ll likely find more interesting is that I’m currently preparing to commission the few remaining assets needed for Chronotopia: Second Skin (namely the purgatory illustrations and anything related to intimate scenes). It’s been a long time coming so you can expect to see some sketches in the near future~

Once that is done, I can finally tackle translation editing for the Bear Ending and, boy, it’s going to be meaty. Files are already ready to go so I can show you how many pages there are. The answer is: a lot. Probably too much.
